Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. They include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (Section 14) that affect your legal rights. You may opt out of arbitration as described in Section 14.

1. Who we are
Shevelia is a brand of NSH Products LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Shevelia", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of shevelia.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it.

2. Acceptance
By using the Site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you can enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted on the Site applies to orders placed after it is posted.

3. Our products
Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Product descriptions, educational content and any customer reviews are for general information only. Consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you are taking medication, managing a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Read the full directions and warnings on the product label before use. Individual experiences vary.

4. Orders and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or product unavailability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional prices and any compare-at prices are disclosed on the product page with their applicable period. If we cancel an order we refund any amount charged.

5. Payment
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. If a payment is declined we may cancel the order. You are responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer charges.

6. Shipping, title and risk of loss
We ship within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates.

7. Delivery confirmation
Carrier tracking that shows a parcel as delivered to the address you provided is sufficient proof of delivery, including for the purpose of resolving disputes and chargebacks. If tracking shows delivered and you have not received your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened products cannot be returned.

9. Electronic communications
By ordering you consent to receive order confirmations, shipping notices and customer service messages by email. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.

10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, formulas names, logos, design and code, belong to NSH Products LLC or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit any part of it without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate anyone, or collect personal information about other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is your own, truthful, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline to publish or may remove any submission.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSH Products LLC and its members, employees and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify NSH Products LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

14. Dispute resolution
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, email info@shevelia.co with your name, order number and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it informally, you and NSH Products LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or any purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Class action waiver. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You and we each waive the right to participate in a class, consolidated or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@shevelia.co within 30 days of your first purchase with your name, address and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14.

16. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply disruptions and natural events.
