Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed within [X] business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, contact us at info@shevelia.co.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment to a corrected address is free of charge once.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, email us at info@shevelia.co within 30 days of the delivery date and we will resolve it.
