NSH Products LLC ("Shevelia", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, operates shevelia.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, messages you send to customer service, and any review, survey response or photo you choose to submit. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, time spent, and interactions with our emails and ads, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Health information: we do not ask for health information to sell you a product. If you voluntarily share health-related details in a review, survey or support message, we use them only to respond to you or, with your consent, to publish your review. We do not sell that information.

2. How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, provide customer service, prevent fraud, improve the Site and our products, and, if you opt in, send marketing emails. We also use information to comply with legal obligations and to measure and run advertising.

3. Who we share it with
Service providers who work on our behalf: our e-commerce platform and payment processor (Shopify), our US fulfillment warehouse and shipping carriers, our email and customer service tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

Advertising partners: we use advertising pixels and similar tools from partners such as Meta to measure our ads and to show ads to people who visited the Site. Under some state privacy laws this may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 6.

Legal: we may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels for the shopping cart, site functionality, analytics and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the Site may then not work. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we do honor opt-out preference signals where state law requires it.

5. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights
Marketing emails: unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email.
Advertising opt-out: to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, email info@shevelia.co with the subject "Opt out" or adjust your cookie preferences on the Site.
Access, correction, deletion: depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to obtain a copy. Email info@shevelia.co and we will respond within the period required by law. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents: you have the rights described above under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.

7. Children
The Site and our products are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for US customers. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
